Two participant registration fees are included with your booked booth. You are kindly invited to register for your free registration via our website by following the instructions which we sent you on 31 July 2015. This will allow you to book also the social events in which you wish to participate (eg.
Ge Zai Xi/Taiwanese Opera, excursion, banquet). Please complete your registration by 7 August 2015.

Shipping deadline:
All material should be received by Friday 2 October. The center will accept to receive advance shipments as from 26 September only. Please make sure that all taxes and fees have been paid, otherwise the parcels will be refused. All boxes should be clearly marked ISE66 + your booth number.

Literature inserts:
All literature inserts should be boxed separately and marked as such. We should receive all material to include in the participants bags by Friday 2 October at the latest, else we cannot guarantee the inserts.

Parking facilities are available in the TICC building.

Booth Installation:
The exhibition area will be in the Banquet Hall on the 3rd floor where the 3 poster sessions will also be held (see scientific program http://annual66.ise-online.org/program.html). Please note that the booths and boards will be built on Sunday. You can start your booth installation as from Monday morning 8:30am.

Booth Dismantling:
Your booth in the Banquet Hall should be cleared on Friday before 13:30. No material can be left in the TICC. Make sure your shipping agent collects all material to be returned on Friday 9 October before 13:30. All shipping documents should be ready. If you intend to leave before Friday, please kindly inform us beforehand.
